All sales on NextSaaSHunt are final and non-refundable. Digital content is delivered and unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation, and the value of the service is delivered at that moment.

The moment your payment is confirmed:

• Your featured listing is immediately activated
• Your listing is instantly promoted on the platform
• Subscription features are unlocked immediately
• Your listing begins receiving immediate visibility
• The full value of the service has been delivered

• Featured Listing — 7 Days ($19): No refund
• Featured Listing — 15 Days ($29): No refund
• Featured Listing — 30 Days ($49): No refund
• Pro Plan ($19/month): No refund
• Agency Plan ($49/month): No refund

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days

• Featured listings cannot be cancelled once activated
• The duration cannot be paused or transferred
• Listings removed due to policy violations are non-refundable

We will investigate and resolve the following situations:

• Duplicate Payment — Refunded immediately upon verification
• Payment Processor Error — Investigated and resolved promptly
• Service Not Delivered — Listing activated or refunded within 48 hours

Contact us within 48 hours at billing@nextsaashunt.com for exception requests.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from the platform
• All evidence provided to the payment processor and bank

We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Please contact billing@nextsaashunt.com before initiating any dispute.
